From Bricks to Clicks: the potential of data and analytics in HE

The Commission for Higher Education launched a new publication on Tuesday 26th January 2016 concerning the use of data in HE. The report reviews the current data landscape including how learning analytics can - and are - being deployed. It also makes a number of recommendations regarding what action needs to be taken by institutions to ensure the benefits are fully realised.

Back in the summer, I was invited to the House of Lords to provide evidence at one of the inquiry sessions, so it’s very exciting to see the Bloomsbury Learning Environment appearing in black and white in such an important report.
